What Spinnza is
A random-selection tool. It puts entries on a wheel and picks one or more of them at random. That is the service.
Your promotion is yours
Spinnza helps select random entries. It does not administer your promotion and does not guarantee compliance with giveaway, sweepstakes, raffle, contest, platform or local laws. Eligibility rules, official rules, prize fulfilment, tax obligations, age restrictions, registration or licensing requirements and the rules of whichever platform you are running on all remain your responsibility.
Recorded proof
A proof recording is an informational record of a draw run in your browser. It is not legal certification, notarization, an independent audit or trusted timestamping. Timestamps come from your device’s clock. The Entry List ID is a SHA-256 fingerprint of the list you drew from, and shows only that a given list matches — it says nothing about how that list was collected.
Do not present a Spinnza recording as an independent verification of your promotion.
Purchases
- A proof spin is a one-time purchase, currently $1.99. There is no subscription.
- It entitles you to record one draw session, which may include several winners or a full draft order.
- Unused purchases expire 7 days after payment.
- If a recording fails for a technical reason, the purchase remains usable and you can retry. If it cannot be delivered at all, contact us and we will refund it.
- Recording requires browser features that are checked before purchase. If your browser does not support them, checkout is not offered.
Acceptable use
Do not use Spinnza to run something unlawful where you are, to misrepresent a draw that did not happen, or to attempt to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it.
No warranty
Spinnza is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Affiliation
Spinnza is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Meta or their parent companies.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected here, and continuing to use Spinnza means the current version applies.
